The race begins with a 300m swim at the foot of the Tirantes Bridge, continuing with the bike section heading through the the Campus, from where it leaves and heads to almost the end of Compostela Avenue.

They return to transition along Bos Aires Avenue to the CGTD stadium, where they leave the bikes after 6.4 km.

Then begins the short run of only 1.6 km, within the stadium itself and its surroundings.
