The race begins with a 750m swim between the Tirantes Bridge and the footbridge, from where they will go directly to the transition area to start the bike.

Heading through Pazo da Cultura cultural centre to Compostela Avenue, they will arrive near the roundabout of Lérez and return to transition after 4 laps to cover almost 20 km.

The run goes through the old Tafisa Factory area, Buenos Aires Avenue to Cobián Roffignac, the Red Cross and the CGTD stadium. The three laps are necessary to finish the 5km route.
