A moment of conviviality between the Spanish team that will participate in the World Cup and local journalists was organized by the Communication department of the Spanish Triathlon Federation (Fetri), which wanted to show maximum collaboration and empathy with the journalists of Pontevedra.
After a family photo in front of the Peregrina, in which the mayor, Miguel Anxo Fernández Lores, and the councilor for sports, Anabel Gulías Torreiro, also participated, the entourage moved to the top floor of the Municipal Market, where they shared some snacks and took the opportunity to chat and take photos of family among the 5 Galician athletes who are part of the team led by Iñaki Arenal.
Esteban Basanta, Antonio Serrat, Susana Rodriguez Gacio, Sara Guerrero and Natalia Castro, along with the rest of the team made up of more than 30 athletes, took the opportunity to attend to the media and express their satisfaction for participating in a Grand Final that is being held for the first time in the Spanish state.
Fetri has sent a complete team of journalists and photographers to Pontevedra who will witness everything that happens in the championship and work hard to ensure that the accredited media, both from the city and outside, have all the facilities to carry out their work comfortably.
